Müllerhoofd, Rotterdam - ontwerp 2

The parcel is located at the end of Müllerhoofd. It’s currently being used as a big communal garden by the locals. The locals have put quite an effort in forming this garden. It’s mostly used by them and people who like to fish. Even though it’s located nearby the denser areas of Rotterdam and a school with 1000+ students it has kept is own identity and peace.
A unique element in comparison to the rest of Rotterdam is that there is a boat stop very close to the parcel and the boat sails along the side and main quay where also the A&C Center is.
